What are your hours?

The Comedy Catch has shows every Friday and Saturday; show times are 7:30 and 9:45. Other shows may be scheduled for weeknights based on the performer booked. Check our website for show schedule.
Open Mic Night is the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Open Mic Night info and sign up can be found on the Facebook page “Comedy Catch Open Mic”.
Show days and times are subject to change.
BackStage Bar opens at 5 pm Wednesday – Saturday.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices will vary depending upon the comedian. You can look up the ticket price on our website for a specific show. The specified ticket price does not include service and convenience fees.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available on our website: thecomedycatch.com and if available, at the door after 6pm on show nights. We accept cash (walkup only), VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Online sales require an e-mail address to which tickets will be sent. Our ticket sales processor is Seat Engine. We do not sell or provide tickets through any other third party websites.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If a show is cancelled we will fully refund tickets in the mode in which they were purchased (credit or debit card, cash etc.). If a show is rescheduled, we will transfer the ticket(s) to the new date or offer a refund.

Do you accept reservations?

We do not accept reservations. Tickets can be purchased in advance. We do not “hold” seats or accept reservations such as one would make at a restaurant.

How does your seating work?

Our seating is general admission/first come first served unless you have purchased preferred seats which guarantee seating in the first two rows.

What is your age/admission requirements?

Our admission policy is a minimum of 18 years old for paid admission; 21 years old for the use of free or complementary tickets. We will allow kids 14+ years old accompanied by a parent with paid admission if it’s a “cleanish(G or PG)” show at the discretion of management.

Where can I park?

There is a parking garage on the left when you enter the Choo Choo complex. There are multiple parking lots on Station Street and metered parking spots in various locations nearby. All parking is paid.

I have a Comedy Catch Gift certificate. How can I use it?

Gift certificates are essentially cash and can be used only in person at the club. They are valid for tickets and/or food and beverage purchases. They cannot be used for online ticket purchases.

I have a coupon/voucher for tickets. Can I reserve tickets with it?

Coupons or vouchers are valid only for regular priced shows on a walk-up basis, night of show only. No reservation accepted. They are not valid for “Special Engagements” or tickets priced $21 or higher. Vouchers have no cash value so they cannot be used for a higher priced show and “pay the difference”. Coupons and vouchers may have excluded days or dates on them, check your voucher for exclusions.

I received an e-mail for free tickets. How does that work?

We send out e-mails good for free admission on select dates. The most common one is the “birthday” e-mail, sent during the month of a customer’s birth. The e-mail will have specific dates when it is valid. Those dates are not transferable. Most emails are sent out 7 days prior to your birthday unless you initially signed up prior to 2010(those are sent at the beginning of the month). They are redeemable ONLY on a walk-up basis on the night of show; no reservations accepted, minimum of 21 years old. We start issuing them @ 1 1/2 hours prior to show time.

How do I get free tickets?

You must be enrolled for our e-mail newsletter. You can sign up on our website.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, you must have a minimum of 20 guests to qualify for a group discount. We cannot offer a discount for any show labelled as a “Special Engagement” or for a show we anticipate will sell out in advance. Check with management for discount amount.
