In April 2013 he set a Guinness Book World Record for
Longest Stand Up Performance at 40 hours 8 Minutes!!

Putting the “show” back into “showman”.

Cocky and confident but never dull, The Midnight Swinger erupts onto the stage like the volcano in front of the Mirage Hotel in a fresh and original, over-the-top event that has been called sharp-witted, clever and classy.  The Midnight Swinger combines the style and cool of a 60’s Las Vegas performer with the flash and excitement of a 21st century Super Bowl halftime extravaganza.

More than just a stand-up comedian, The Midnight Swinger is proud to be called a throwback entertainer. That’s right, an entertainer! The Swinger believes in more than just standing behind the microphone and telling jokes, and doing more than just a simple “comedy show.” The Midnight Swinger puts on a spectacle that will leave you LAFFIN’, SINGIN’ and SWINGIN’.

August 2-5 Master Hypnotist Gary Conrad

August 2-5  Master Hypnotist Gary Conrad

Come see the wild and crazy things some people will do.

Master Hypnotist Gary ConradMaster Hypnotist Gary Conrad will have you thoroughly amazed. Volunteer to be part of the show, Gary will put you to sleep and you will become part of a hypnotic adventure. Each show is a different, exciting experience for the audience as well as the volunteers.

We will have an “all ages matinee show Saturday at 5:pm

Imagine being immersed in a medley of Holiday dreams where  the wonder of Christmas merge with the modern celebration. Costumes, carols, characters, and conviviality mix into one fanciful delight. Combine that with skits of slapstick capers from “A Christmas Story;” “Bad Santa; “… Island of Misfit Toys;” and “… Grinch…”  performed by friends, family, and maybe even YOU… all while hypnotically entranced. That pretty much describes the excitement of our Christmas Hypnotist, Gary Conrad. A long list of skits and a stage full of random participants guarantees no two of these PG-rated shows will be quite the same. Look into this stint’s G-rated Family Show  and our “Adult” shows too. Get your tickets now for the best seats as last year’s shows were heavily attended!

Special Deal: Tickets for the 5:00 pm Matinee show on Saturday  are only $5 for all ages. That’s less than the cost of a movie.

August 22 and 23 Chad Prather

August 22 and 23 Chad Prather’s Star Spangled Banter Comedy Tour

Chad Prather was entertaining audiences on television as early as two years old.  The desire to be onstage started early.  He began acting at the age of 6 and by the age of 20 he was traveling all over the world – from Africa to Southeast Asia, from Russia to Central America – using his communication skills to influence international leaders with humor and inspiration.  Eventually Prather’s communication skills opened doors for him to move into the corporate arena of motivational speaking and writing.

Prather is known for his way with words. He is a comedian, armchair philosopher, musician, and observational humorist.  He is often referred to as “the modern day Will Rogers.”  He is a fast-talking combination of Lewis Grizzard and Jeff Foxworthy.  Originally from Augusta, GA Chad now calls the Fort Worth, TX area home.  He grew up working with horses (an industry he is actively involved in) and is often recognized by his ever-present cowboy hat.  His social media viral video are counted in the hundreds of millions. Many recognize him from his fast talking, rapid fire rants from the front seat of his truck.  CNN has labeled him the “Pick-up Pundit” and Fox News’ Tucker Carlson has called Prather, “supernaturally articulate.”  He is known for his comedic family stories told from an adult perspective onstage.

Prather has made numerous appearances on Fox News, CNN, A&E, The Blaze, MSN and has been featured in magazines from Southern Living to Nash Country Weekly.  He is the host of Ride TV’s “It’s My Backyard” and “Chad Prather’s Comedy Shootout.”  His wildly successful 2016 “Kings of Cowtown Comedy Tour” was a hit and his current “Star Spangled Banter Comedy Tour” is selling out theaters all over America.  He is one of the country’s fastest rising and talked about comedians and entertainers.

August 24-26 Dusty Slay

August 24-26 Dusty Slay

Just seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Dusty Slay is a stand-up comedian with a baritone voice so smooth it’s like champagne in your ears. Dusty walks you through a childhood in the trailer park, his adult years in the workforce and as an occasional blackout drunk. He thinks skunks smell like weed and leaves the serious topics like race, religion and politics up to someone who, unlike him hasn’t drank gas out of a water hose.

Slay has appeared on several network shows including ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”, the popular program “Laughs on FOX” and he was a featured comedian on “TMZ”.  Dusty’s comedy is regularly showcased on many nationally syndicated radio programs including Sirius XM, Pandora Radio and “The Bob and Tom Radio Show”. He’s also been invited to numerous comedy festivals across America including: The Bridgetown Comedy Festival 2017, The Turnbuckle Comedy Festival 2017, The Laughing Skull Festival 2015-16, The Charleston Comedy Festival and The Cape Fear Comedy Festival. Dusty won both the “Fight Night Competition” and the “Almost Famous Competition” at the Charlotte Comedy Zone in 2014.  During his years in Charleston, SC Slay won The Charleston Comedy Festival Stand Up Competition two years in a row and was voted “Best Local Comic” by the readers of the Charleston City Paper in 2013 and 2014.

Dusty was born in Alabama, his parents divorced when he was two, then there was a custody battle, his mom lost, so he had to go live with her. He split time between his dad who lived on a farm, and his mom who lived in a trailer park. When asked about his education, Slay says, “When I was kid, my dad asked me if I wanted to go to college or if I wanted a pool. Man, I love that pool.”

August 30-September 2 Landry

August 30-September 2 Landry

Winner of the 2012 World Series of Comedy and The Boston Comedy Festival.

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario (Canada for those of you who don’t feel like pulling out an atlas) Landry first hit the stage in 2006, and has been on the fast track ever since. His charismatic style is kind of what you’d get if you mixed Charlie Chaplin with somebody who spoke; it would be just as physical, but in color.  Landry is downright hilarious and you’re sure to have a good time once you see what he does on stage. Not just restricted to his Canadian roots, Landry has also made a dent in the American comedy scene. He recently was an Atlanta finalist for NBC’s Stand Up For Diversity Showcase, and in 2008, just two short years after starting, he earned a spot on TVONE’s hit show “Bill Bellamy’s Who’s Got Jokes?”.  Additionally, Landry has been heard on XM Satellite Radio and was the first winner of the Punchline Comedy Club’s “64 Comedian Super Comedy Competition”, as well as winning “The Boston Comedy Festival” in 2011. Keep your eyes open and your ear to the ground, because Landry is coming!
